SHIPPING:

• We will dispatch your order wihin 24hours, for order made until 14:30.
• Orders received after 14:30 will be processed the next business day and will be shipped within a period of 48 hours.
• The cost of shipping is free for orders greater than 6€, for orders with a lower value the user must pay shipping costs, which will be indicated at the time of generating the order.
• For orders, in which cash on delivery is chosen as payment method, the charge is calculated in the cart.

RETURNS:

• You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to start the return.
• The product must be in excellent condition and with the security seals unchanged to proceed with the refund.
• For your best service, call 800-500-1450 in order to proceed with the return of the product.
• The cooperating courier will receive the product from you.
